The owl guru and I went to Alum Rock Park in San Jose a couple of weeks ago on the promise of owls. (And mountain lions!!) We didn’t see (but may have heard!) any owls (or mountain lions), but I’ve always maintained that Alum Rock Park is very pretty, and this being her first time there, the owl guru found that she agreed with me.
