I was compelled to go to Sunol Regional Wilderness the other week for a reason I will explain in a couple of days, and while I was there I took some time to clamber down into the little falls there known as Little Yosemite. (It’s not difficult at all to get down to the falls – unless you are carrying a large backpack, two cameras, a tripod, two huge telephoto lenses…you get the picture.) This area is generally crowded, especially on weekends, and when I first visited it over the summer, there was practically no water in the creek, so I tend to avoid it, but when I was there on a Thursday afternoon in February, I was practically alone, the creek was (relatively) raging, and I was able to take a few long exposures with no interference.
