Someone told me they had seen bobcats in Del Valle Regional Park, so that’s where I went on Saturday. I AM DETERMINED TO SEE A BOBCAT. Well, I saw no bobcats, but as I mentioned yesterday, I did see a couple of Great Horned Owls on the way home, and IN the park, I saw:
… a red-tailed hawk:
… an acorn woodpecker:
… and this cooperative sparrow:
