Life has been even more hectic than usual for me over the last couple of weeks and I haven’t been able to go for a hike in way too long. Fortunately I was able to kick this Memorial Day weekend off right yesterday by heading to Great Falls after work, and not only that but it was the first day in a while that the weather was simply glorious. This is Difficult Run:
In case you are wondering what’s so difficult about Difficult Run, it’s two sharp 90-degree bends just before it empties into the Potomac, which were difficult for the employees of the Potawmack Company to navigate.
